COVID-19 has taught us about the importance of having a plan for everyone to follow during a crisis. Demonstrating decisiveness and clarity of thought provides assurance to anxious employees. It’s crucial that their leader has a North Star to help everyone navigate. A business continuity plan, including transparent messaging, team leadership and technology adjustments, will ensure that employees can remain calm and productive in the face of a crisis.
